This empowering gathering brings together leading health professionals and women navigating midlife to explore the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that come with menopause - and how to move through this stage with confidence, knowledge and support.

More than just a conversation, this event is also a call to action. On the day, we will be proudly raising funds in support of breast cancer clinical trials, contributing to vital research that improves outcomes and advances treatment options for women everywhere. And we support a greater cause.

Together we pause. We listen. We learn.

Join us for an in-person gathering that’s all about changing the conversation around menopause.
